Pricing, Follow-Up Guidelines & Guarantee
Our Treatment Method
Lice Ladies treatments include a thorough, manual removal process using Lice Ladies Evict™ treatment mousse and the Lice Ladies Evict™ professional comb. This process is designed to remove live lice and nits from the hair through careful sectioning and detailed combing.
Treatment time and pricing may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, and the severity of the infestation, as these factors directly affect the time required to perform a thorough and effective service.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least a full 24-hour notice.
Our Policy:
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in rescheduling only being able to occur with a non-refundable $75 deposit. This deposit will be due when we reschedule your appointment. This deposit will count towards your treatment when you check out for your rescheduled appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
Lice Ladies Combing
(Our standard and most effective treatment method)
Standard Treatment Pricing
Lice Ladies standard treatment pricing generally ranges from $95–$220, depending on the severity of the infestation as well as the thickness and length of the hair. Final pricing is determined following an in-person assessment and is documented on the client’s invoice at the treatment.
More severe cases (as based on clinical findings):
- Infestations estimated at 2–5 months may range up to $250
- Infestations estimated at 6 months or longer may range up to $300
For extremely tangled or matted hair, or when hair condition significantly increases combing difficulty, an additional $25 service charge may be assessed.
Head checks only: $25 per person
Follow-Up Guidelines & Retreat Pricing
Follow-up appointments are a critical part of successful treatment and are scheduled approximately 7–10 days after the initial appointment.
- Lighter cases return for a complimentary re-check
- Heavier cases require a full re-treatment at $55.
- If more than one generation of lice is identified during the initial treatment, a $55 re-treatment will be performed at the follow-up appointment
If Lice Ladies is open on a recognized holiday, a $30 holiday surcharge will be added to invoices for appointments scheduled on that day.
Treatment Outcome & Client Expectations
At the conclusion of our combing treatment, clients are lice and nit free and may immediately return to normal school or work activities.
FloSonix® Heat Treatment
(Available at our Sandy Springs location)
Lice Ladies is excited to partner with FloSonix® to offer clients an additional treatment option using advanced heated-air technology. According to manufacturer data, FloSonix technology is over 99% effective at dehydrating nits.
Clients who opt for FloSonix will return for a complimentary follow-up appointment within 7–10 days.
For FloSonix treatments, a $55 re-treatment is only required if a new re-infestation of live lice is identified at follow-up.
FloSonix Pricing
FloSonix Medical Device Heat Treatment (no combing): $150
Client is responsible for combing out dehydrated nits at home. Same follow-up and guarantee guidelines apply as with our combing treatments.
Full-Service FloSonix Treatment: $269
For Full Service FloSonix: In accordance with Georgia school and county requirements, Lice Ladies will:
- Perform a thorough manual comb-out using Lice Ladies Evict™ treatment mousse and comb, removing live lice and visible nits prior to FloSonix treatment
- Thoroughly dry the hair before performing the FloSonix heat treatment
- Includes thorough comb-out with Evict™ and the Lice Ladies Evict comb, blow-dry, and a 30-minute FloSonix heat treatment.
- Includes a complimentary re-check in 7–10 days unless a new infestation is found, in which case a $55 re-treatment applies.

Lice Ladies 30-Day Guarantee
The Lice Ladies guarantee is contingent upon full compliance with all of the following requirements:
- The required follow-up appointment (re-check or re-treat, as indicated on the initial invoice) is scheduled and attended within 7–10 days of the initial appointment
- Every individual living in the same household as the treated client is checked by Lice Ladies; any additional infestations identified must be treated by Lice Ladies
- The ongoing maintenance checks taught during the follow-up appointment are performed weekly
- Any suspected new evidence of lice is photographed and emailed to info@liceladiesatlanta.com for verification prior to any additional service or texted to our local number at 404.348.4072
- These maintenance tools are designed to help detect any new infestation within 7–10 days
30-Day Service Guarantee
Once the required follow-up appointment has been completed, Lice Ladies guarantees its services for 30 days.
If verified evidence of re-infestation is found during this period, Lice Ladies will provide one complimentary re-treatment per person within the 30-day guarantee window.
Important Notice Regarding Re-Infestation:
Head lice are transmitted through direct head-to-head contact. While Lice Ladies treatments are effective when all guarantee requirements are met, Lice Ladies cannot prevent new infestations that occur after treatment due to exposure outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, contact with untreated individuals at school, daycare, sports activities, social gatherings, or within extended family or social settings.
New infestations resulting from subsequent exposure are not considered treatment failure and are subject to standard follow-up and re-treatment pricing unless otherwise covered under the Lice Ladies 30-Day Guarantee.
Schools & Camps
Screenings
We offer mobile service head checks for camps, schools and daycares only. Ask owner regarding availability. Staffing clinics comes first as appointments are booked in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for these mobile school or camp checks.
Mobile service trip fee for school checks, camps and day care centers is $100 and UP based on mileage. Ask owner for trip fee details.
Camps and School head checks:
$2.50 per head with $150 minimum.

This is a courtesy notice to inform you that someone you know, a friend, classmate, or family member has recently been treated for head lice by Lice Ladies. While there is no need to panic, those who may have been exposed may want to schedule an appointment for a professional head check at one of our clinics. Our head checks are $20.00.
During the head lice check, one of our trained technicians will comb through your entire head to make sure there is no sign of lice or nits. If no lice or nits are found, you are clear.
If any sign of lice or nits are found, we can begin treatment immediately. Our treatments range in price from $75-$150, depending on the severity of the infestation and the length and thickness of hair. For severe cases that are 3-6 months, the fee is $185; for very severe cases that are more than 6 months, the fee is $225. Once we are treating one person in the household, we will perform a $20 head check for all immediate family members that live in the same household. This is also one of the ways we can guarantee our service. For anyone that is treated, we do a follow up 7-10 days later. For these follow ups, we will perform a re-treat or re-check (depending on severity of infestation). From that point, we have a 30 day-guarantee. See our website for details on our guarantee!
We use our own all natural, non-toxic, and enzyme based product, Lice Ladles Evict. We also use our professional lice comb, the Lice Ladies Evict comb.

Qualifications
Currently On State Health Assistance of Medicaid
Verification of assistance MUST be provided for each person needing treatment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Bring to your scheduled appointment:
- Your documentation from Medicaid showing who is specifically covered on your plan.
- Drivers license or other state issued picture ID.
- The blue and white Medicaid card.
- Birth certificate or state issued ID of child/children needing treatment. They must be included on your plan with supporting documentation.
- $20 danger zone head checks for IMMEDIATE family members living in same home (must show proof of residency).
Retreats
If clients would like our guarantee: Clients may schedule a retreat (required if initial case is heavy to severe) within 7-10 days of the initial appointment ($55) or a complimentary recheck (if the initial case was light to medium). Your technician will let you know what type of follow up is required according to the severity of the initial case. This will be notated on your invoice.
Guarantee applicable if all members are checked/treated and follow up retreat or recheck appointment is adhered to.
All members of household on your Medicaid plan are entitled to this special pricing – otherwise normal company pricing is adhered to. Medicaid will NOT pay any amount of the lice service you receive from Lice Ladies, even if it is a covered prescription. You will have to pay the full amount for the affordable Medicaid special services you receive at time of service. This is our way to offer our families professional Iice treatment options at an affordable rate.
Paypal Credit
We are pleased to offer another low-income option for partial or full payment of our services through Paypal Credit. It is up to the client to be approved BEFORE making their appointment for treatment with Lice Ladies. All necessary documents will be required before the appointment begins to show approval and approval amount. PLEASE NOTE: Paypal credit may NOT cover the total cost of your bill. Any additional amount still due after Paypal credit has been applied to invoice total, is due in full at time of service.
If a client needs to find us on Paypal to send money once the invoice has been received by Lice Ladies requesting the Paypal credit portion of payment, the client may find us under “Liceladiesatlanta or Liceladiesa.”
Medicaid Program, Insurance and Paypal Loan Option
Insurance | FSA/HSA
We are Flexible Medical Spending and HSA approved. Ask your provider if they cover services like this as it is ultimately up to the provider.
Medicaid – Special Pricing
Medicaid & Insurance:
THESE APPOINTMENTS HAVE TO BE SCHEDULED AS SUCH AT TIME OF BOOKING. We can not change the appointment to this service once a patient is in the clinic due to time and scheduling needs for this service.
Medicaid will will NOT pay any amount of the lice service you receive from Lice Ladies, even if it is a covered service. Payments accepted are cash or credit card only – no checks.
Regular treatment specials do NOT additionally apply to the Medicaid pricing.
$70 Boys or Girls with short hair above the ears (22% savings!)
$85 Girls with hair above the chin and Boys with hair below the ears and to the chin (32% savings!)
$95 Girls or Boys with hair below the chin (37% savings)
For severe cases of more than 3 months, there will be a $25 difficulty fee added to the invoice.
Includes a 75 minute max appointment time limit. This includes appointments for heavy or severe cases. Extra time needed may be added for an additional cost. Only if clinic schedules allow, an extra hour of time needed may be added for a flat rate of $75. The parent or guardian is responsible for their own re-treatment. Our staff will provide a free consultation for parent or guardian for re-treatment. Parent or guardian may purchase comb and Lice Ladies Evict for re-treatment in our clinics at time of check-out. There is no discount on product pricing.
